A fill is dated in the future
A future fill usually means the year was entered incorrectly or the tablet clock was wrong. It must be corrected because it prevents an honest overdue calculation.
- Open the dewar’s liquid-nitrogen log.
- Locate the future-dated entry and compare it with the lab’s source record.
- Correct the date, or choose Strike this entry out if it should not exist.
- Confirm that the dashboard now shows the expected fill status.
