Alerts and outstanding items

“Vials unaccounted for”

A box audit expected these vials but did not find them. They remain visible until someone records that each vial was found or is gone.

1. Open Outstanding items and review the recorded position for each vial.
2. Check the physical box and any likely neighboring position.
3. Choose It turned up if the vial returns to its recorded position, or Accept it is gone if the lab has concluded it is no longer present.
4. Select the person making that decision so the finding is closed with attribution.
