Storage layout

The app refused to make our storage smaller

CryoIndex refuses any layout change that would leave a stored vial outside the new physical layout.

1. Read the refusal list; it identifies the occupied locations that would be removed.
2. Move or remove those physical vials and record each change in CryoIndex.
3. Return to Storage and apply the smaller layout again.
